Immediately after a slow and at a controlled temperature roasting, the coffee beans are left to rest in our silos for the time required by the blend being prepared. After the rest period, the coffee is placed in special bags.

Prepared through a machinery that constantly guarantees the taste and freshness of a freshly ground coffee. The coffee is wrapped in two layers of pure cellulose and is, therefore, entirely compostable, to then be packaged individually.
These operations take place in a modified atmosphere with nitrogen, in order to avoid the oxidation of the coffee itself. The modified atmosphere is maintained throughout the process, to always guarantee the highest quality.

Compatible capsules
One of the main features of Cristofori S.r.l. is the ability to guarantee a wide range of products. In this specific case, our company sets no limits, and is able to produce capsules compatible with most of the existing coffee machines, always guaranteeing the freshness and taste that distinguish the Cristofori brand. The capsules are individually wrapped and sold in packs of 100 pieces.
The brands listed below, relating to coffee machines, are registered trademarks belonging to other companies not connected to Cristofori S.r.l .. The compatibility of Cristofori capsules is functional for use with coffee machines for domestic use belonging to the aforementioned brands.
